Karlín's long-running beer study hall, now run as the city taproom of the Břevnov Monastery brewery: the taps center on the Benedict lagers with a rotating cast of carefully chosen Czech guests alongside. It has been the classic Prague answer to 'where do I taste beyond Urquell?' for two decades, and the current monastery-brewery focus keeps it purposeful rather than scattershot.
