The Churchill Arms

Why go

Fuller's most photographed pub, built in 1750 and buried under an extraordinary blanket of flowers outside and Churchill memorabilia inside. It is the natural place to drink a properly kept pint of London Pride in the brewery's home city, and the back-room Thai kitchen — serving authentic regional dishes for over 35 years — remains one of London's great cheap-dinner-with-cask pairings. Come at a quiet mid-afternoon hour if you want a seat; it earns its crowds.
