Chad Yakobson turned graduate research on Brettanomyces yeast into one of America's defining wild-ale breweries, and this Sunnyside taproom brings the beer back to where it began — the original barrel cellar. Oak-aged and fruited sours pour a few steps from the barrels that made them, and you will not find them fresher anywhere.
