This is where Brussels bartenders take beer people: a serious, unfussy bar pouring lambic and gueuze on tap alongside a tight rotation of Belgian and international craft, with staff who will happily steer you from a straight lambic to something wilder. It has anchored Place Fontainas since 2009, and the original Moeder Lambic in Saint-Gilles (Rue de Savoie 68, open since 2006) is a worthy pilgrimage if you want the smaller, older room.
